Processing Time

We work hard to process your custom orders quickly.

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Business Days

Our business days for processing and shipping are Monday through Saturday.

We do not ship on Sundays or National/Public Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard shipping across India:

Standard Shipping

Cost: ₹59 for orders below ₹200.
FREE for orders ₹200 and above!

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and start after the 1 business day processing time. Actual times may vary based on your location and courier partner performance.

Metro Cities: Typically 2-3 days.
Other Major Cities/Towns: Typically 3-5 days.
Remote Areas: May take 5-7 days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number (AWB) and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order directly on our website using the Track Order page or via your account's order history if you were logged in.

Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, etc.).
If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our support team with your order number.
